SHIPPING POLICY
Each address you choose to ship to is considered a separate order and subject to applicable shipping and handling fees. Your order will be shipped to the delivery address you provided during checkout. Please make sure to provide all the details needed including apartment/suite/building number, and the company name if applicable. Please note we do not ship to PO boxes in Canada.
All orders will be shipped by Canada Post ground, or express delivery if that method is chosen. All orders will be tracked. Tracked deliveries that cannot be delivered will be shipped again at the customer’s expense or canceled.
Delivery times will vary according to the delivery address and may take up to 3-9 business days once your order has been processed. Orders are typically processed in 2 business days. Ember Wellness is not responsible for any loss of the products following shipment from EMBER or its agents’ facilities to the delivery address.
Ember Wellness is also not responsible for any delays in delivery. Delayed delivery will not give rise to any penalty nor indemnity, and cannot be used as a reason for canceling the order.
