This fragrant floral water is obtained from the fresh flowers of the Rose Otto shrub. Its sweet almost candy-like aroma is at once captivating and familiar, without being overpowering. This hydrosol will hydrate, calm and refresh the senses, and acts as a natural toner when applied topically to the skin. Rose Otto will soothe and calm any skin sensitivities or redness. Sustainably sourced from Bulgaria.
