Returns and Exchanges
We trust you will love everything, however, if you are not delighted with your order, you may return items in their original packaging within 30 days of initial purchase.
How do I return a product?
If you would like to return or exchange and item purchased at emberwellness.com, please contact a customer service team member with your order number/proof of purchase at firstname.lastname@example.org. It is important that you contact Customer Care prior to sending in your return or exchange. Returns and exchanges cannot be processed without an RMA number, which will be given to you from the Customer Care team member. Please safely pack the products and write your RMA number on the box. Ship through your preferred carrier, We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item. We are not responsible for returns lost in transport. Please note will not pay for any shipping or duties on returned items.
Sets and Gift Sets are eligible for returns/exchanges if all pieces in the set are intact, unused and in the original packaging.
If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
Please note that Gift cards are not eligible for return.
Any item not in its original condition, with damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error will not be eligible for return.
Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery will not be eligible for return.
Please note we do not accept returns or exchanges on sale items.
For health reasons, we are unable to return any teas, herbs or adaptogens.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 2-5 business days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company or bank, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at email@example.com
Please note that returns received that have not been discussed with the Customer Care team and not given an RMA number will be held for 7 days until we receive an RMA number. If outside of the 30 day return timeframe, products will be returned to the sender at their expense or donated.
I purchased your products at an authorized reseller, can I return them to you?
